- What is the minimum order quantity?
- 72 models are available, covering 1–120 ml, 10–100 g. MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces per model and capacity; decorated runs and custom moulds are quoted per project, and different capacities of the same model can usually share one production run.
- How long does production take?
- Lead time starts from 20 days for stock shapes, counted from approval-sample sign-off. Custom moulds add tooling time before that, and decorated orders are scheduled after the decoration is approved.
- Which finishes and decoration can you apply?
- Finishes in production: Frosting. Frosting, spray coating, metallising, screen printing, hot stamping and colour matching are all handled in-house, so a finish can be moved onto a different shape without changing supplier.
- Can you develop a custom shape?
- Yes. Send a drawing, a 3D file or a reference sample for a feasibility check first; we then quote tooling and provide a mock-up before the mould is cut. Moulds can stay exclusive to your brand, and existing shapes can be modified with your own finish and closure.
- How do samples and quality checks work?
- We produce an approval sample with the agreed finish and closure so the container, decoration and sealing are checked in your hands before the run. Production then follows the signed sample, with inspection before shipment.
