Made to your drawing or sample
You bring a drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample. We confirm bottle shape, capacity, neck finish and accessories, then produce to that specification — mould and structure feasibility are settled before anything is tooled.
Best for brands with a defined shape, or an existing bottle to match.
Built from the models we already run
Start from a model in production, adjust capacity and closure, then add your brand with spray, frost, screen print or hot stamping — decoration stays in our own workshops. Capacity, MOQ and lead time are published on every model page, from the same data our quotations use.
Best for brands that want their own finish and logo without developing a new mould.

Start with a shape. Explore color, texture and decoration. Together, we can define the details that make your packaging feel like your brand. All manufacturing specifications, minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed with your quotation.
Glass forming
Forming starts the line. Capacity, base weight and neck finish are fixed here, so the closure and filling line you already use will fit — whether the shape comes from a model in production or from a new mould.
Frosting
Full or partial frosting gives the glass an even, soft matte touch. It can be combined with colour or print on the same bottle, so a matte body and a crisp logo are not a choice.
Spray coating
Matte or gloss colour, matched to your brand palette. Spraying can cover the whole body or leave areas clear, so the glass, the label and what is inside the bottle read together.
Screen printing
Your logo and model name printed directly on the glass. Screen printing holds up to handling and cleaning, which is why it is the usual choice for a bottle a customer keeps using.
Hot stamping
Gold, silver or a custom foil stamped onto the bottle or the cap — a metallic accent that flat print cannot give.
